Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must have been purchased directly from ECLIPHARYON.
• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
